Shipping policy
At Véla Living, we’re committed to making your shopping journey smooth and enjoyable. Below you’ll find details about our collection and delivery options.
Store Pick Up
All purchases can be collected free of charge from Véla Living, Coffs Garden World, Sapphire Beach, during our opening hours (9am–3pm daily). Simply select “Click & Collect” at checkout, and your order will be ready for pickup.
Standard Delivery
Once your order has been accepted, we’ll issue you with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel right through to delivery. We aim to dispatch most orders within 1–2 business days (excluding pre-orders). Please allow for minor delays during busy periods.

Flat Rate Shipping: For small to medium-sized items, we offer a flat rate for delivery within Australia.

Express Shipping: If you need your order urgently, please email us before completing your purchase so we can arrange express options.
Bulky & Oversized Deliveries
Larger items such as furniture, artworks, or multiple bulky products may require a custom freight quote.

For these items, we currently offer Click & Collect only, unless you arrange freight with us directly.

Freight quotes vary depending on destination and cubic metre volume. We’ll always try to source the most affordable option for you.

To request a shipping estimate before purchasing, email info@velaliving.com.au with your delivery address.
Orders containing bulky items are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days. We’ll notify you promptly if there are any unexpected delays.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during business hours only.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for mis-addressed orders, and re-delivery fees may apply.
